Camera Shot Analysis

Here i have found an image which shows an over the shoulder shot. Here we are seeing over one of the characters shoulders which lets the audience see what that character would be seeing, which in this case is a young boy. The conotation of this shot may represent freindship as their seems to be two young boys who are speaking to one and another. Here in this shot the audience would be able to feel the emotion as its put the viewers in a position of the character due to the fact its an 'over the shoulder shot.'

This image is an extreme close up, the denotation of this shot is of a cats eye. The conotation of this image is that the eye has power as if it wasnt for the eye the cat would not be able to see meaning that the eye is very dominant.
We know that this image is an extreme close up as it magnifys what the human eye would usually see. This type of shot would usually be a reaction shot when focusing on characters as it shows the reaction of something.
This shot could be the cat looking out for its prey and an extreme close up shot has been used to show the cats eye looking.

The shot which is seen in this image is known as a 'Medium Shot'. We know that this image is a medium shot as it has been taken from a medium distance making the audience not being able to see 'spidermans' bottom half of his body. A medium shot may have been used in this scene so that the audience can see the expression of spiderman but at the same time see what the other character is doing. The conotation of this image may show conflict and violence as spidermans enemy is currently trying to hurt him.
